Frequently Asked Questions
Usually a small prepayment is required after booking. The remaining payment is usually due between 4 and 8 weeks prior to your arrival. It depends on the type of incentive you have booked.
We can take care of the entire accompanying program in Paris. Of course, this also includes an appropriate training room in Paris.
An upgrade is usually possible at 4 or 5 star hotels. 3 star hotels generally only have one room category. An upgrade is only an option in hotels with different room categories. We are happy to take care of it.
We can set up a reception area at the entrance of the location or in the lobby. We can also help find suitable staff for the reception, hostesses and catering. However, not every hotel caters to such special requests. We would be happy to arrange a suitable incentive space.
If you have to cancel at short notice, we will make sure that the cancellation fee is as low as possible. This always depends on the conditions of already reserved hotel rooms, conference rooms and the rest of the accompanying program.
We will be happy to send you reservations confirmed by the hotel so that you can apply for a visa at the consulate in time.
